Returns

Silk flowers, plants, and trees may be returned within 10 days of purchase for a full refund. To begin a return, please contact us at lelefloral@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Please return items in their original packaging along with your name, address, and RMA number included inside the package. Refunds will be issued once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note that custom wedding and event floral arrangements are non-refundable.

Shipping

At this time, we only ship retail orders within the United States. International orders are available only for approved wholesale customers.

Because many of our floral arrangements are custom-made, orders generally ship within 1 - 2 weeks after purchase. If there is any delay with your order, we will contact you directly.
