Returns
You may return any silk flowers/plants/trees purchase within 10 days for a full refund. Contact us at lelefloral@gmail.com for a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Please package your item back into its original packaging with a note stating your Name, Address and RMA number. You will receive a refund when we receive the returned merchandise. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Shipping
We do not ship outside of the U.S. for retail unless you are a retailer and would like to order under wholesale license from us. Due to some arrangements are custom made upon receipt of your order shipping is generally within 1 to 2 weeks. If there is a delay with the shipping of your order we will contact you.
