Returns Policy

Returns and exchanges are only applicable to Silk/artificial flowers, Plants & Trees items (No Fresh Products) purchased directly from http://www.lelefloral.com, and these are only valid for orders shipped within the continental USA.

▪ Products must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date.

▪ Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

▪ Replacement requests are only accepted for the same item.

▪ When using the self-serve returns platform, each item must be returned separately. For instance, if you're returning 2 items, you'll need to complete two separate requests.

▪ Clearance sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned. This means that once you purchase a clearance sale item from http://www.lelefloral.com, it cannot be returned or exchanged.  Contact us at lelefloral@gmail.com for a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Please package your item back into its original packaging with a note stating your Name, Address and RMA number. You will receive a refund when we receive the returned merchandise. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
